Key Responsibilities
As a Midday Meal Supervisor in Harlow, you will be responsible for:
Supervision of Pupils

Manage Playtime

Provide Emotional Support

Health, Safety, and First Aid
Be aware of dietary requirements, allergies, and medical needs
Administer basic first aid if required (training provided)
Report accidents, incidents, or safeguarding concerns promptly
Team Collaboration
Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other lunchtime staff
Follow school routines to ensure smooth transitions between lunch, play, and lessons
Maintaining Routine and Structure
Support consistent lunchtime routines
