Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related discipline
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong knowledge of English Language and Literature
• Familiarity with GCSE (A Level desirable)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to high academic standards and inclusive practice
