EYFS Teacher – Bromley
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Bromley, starting as soon as possible. This is a wonderful opportunity for an early years specialist who is passionate about providing children with the best possible start to their education.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, play-based learning opportunities that support children’s development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will foster curiosity, independence, and positive learning behaviours through structured routines and engaging activities.
You will work closely with teaching assistants and early years colleagues to observe, assess, and track children’s progress. Building strong relationships with parents and carers will be a key part of the role, ensuring open communication and shared support for each child’s development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based EYFS learning experiences
Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Observe, assess, and track children’s development
Support children’s social, emotional, and communication skills
Promote positive behaviour and independence
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and EYFS staff
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Maintain accurate records and learning journals
Contribute to EYFS planning, CPD, and school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Be creative, patient, and nurturing
Demonstrate strong organisation and classroom management
Be reflective, proactive, and adaptable
Show a commitment to safeguarding and child development
Work effectively as part of a supportive team
