Our client is seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the running of an Ofsted Good secondary school in Birmingham, working closely with the Site Manager and leadership team.
• Full-time Assistant Site Manager
• Ofsted Good school in Birmingham
• Excellent opportunity to progress within facilities management
This is a varied role involving site maintenance, health & safety checks, contractor liaison, and daily operational support.
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous caretaking or site support experience
• Understanding of health & safety procedures
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to site needs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
