Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Site Manager to join a large, well-established secondary school in Birmingham, overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of the school site.

• Full-time Site Manager position
• Large secondary school in Birmingham
• Leadership role within the premises team

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to take ownership of site safety, compliance, and facilities management in a professional school setting.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager or senior caretaking experience
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
• Experience managing contractors and site staff
• Ability to prioritise maintenance and reactive issues
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
