Your Role as an SEN TA
Key responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

Supporting pupils in developing social and emotional skills
Observing and recording pupil progress for teachers and SENCOs

You will act as a calm, supportive, and consistent presence, helping pupils navigate academic challenges and social situations while fostering confidence and independence.
