About the Support Department:
The department is collaborative, supportive, and committed to high-quality pastoral and academic assistance. They work in partnership with teachers to ensure every student achieves their full potential.

Responsibilities:
• Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
• Assist with differentiation and targeted intervention
• Provide small-group or 1:1 support
• Support pastoral care and tutor activities

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience working with young people preferred
• QTS not required
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• ECTs or aspiring teachers encouraged to apply
