Your new role

Development: Engaging fully with the ECT framework, including mentoring, coaching, and regular lesson observations.

What you’ll need to succeed
QTS (or on track to achieve QTS) and a degree in English or a related subject.
Strong subject knowledge in English Literature and Language.
