About the Support Department:
The SEND and Inclusion team is a collaborative and supportive group dedicated to ensuring all students receive exceptional support. The school provides strong CPD, clear systems, and a culture of shared responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Support students across KS3/KS4
• Assist with differentiation and targeted interventions
• Provide small-group or 1:1 additional learning support
• Contribute to pastoral care and form tutor duties

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience working with young people preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong motivation to support academic and emotional development
• ECTs or aspiring teachers encouraged to apply
