SEND Department:
The SEND department plays a central role in ensuring that students with additional needs are fully supported and able to thrive. The SENCO works closely with teaching staff, parents and external agencies to provide effective interventions and guidance.

Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• SENCO qualification or willingness to work towards it
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
• Experience supporting students with a range of additional needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
