About the Role
A highly regarded primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to deliver specialist support to pupils with SEN. This role focuses on structured 1:1 and small group interventions to help children overcome barriers in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external specialists to plan, deliver, and track targeted interventions, ensuring that each pupil reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities

Assist with mainstream classroom activities and differentiated learning

Person Specification
Experience in supporting SEN pupils or delivering targeted interventions
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Patience, adaptability, and empathy for children with additional needs
Qualifications such as Level 3 Teaching Assistant, ELSA, or SEN-specific training
Desirable: Knowledge of Talk Boost, Lego Therapy, Little Wandle, or 1st Class@Number interventions.
