Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified English Teacher or ECT completing training
• Passionate about literature, language, and communication
• Ability to teach English across KS3–KS4 (KS5 development supported)
• QTS, PGCE, or equivalent recognised qualification
• Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
