Responsibilities:
• Supporting learning across KS3/4 (with potential sixth-form involvement)
• Small group and 1:1 intervention
• Assisting with planning, assessment observations, and pastoral support
• Supporting classroom routines and behaviour management

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience working with young people preferred
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• ECTs or aspiring teachers encouraged to apply
