A well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Camden is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to join their team from January 2026.

School Information

The school is a large, mixed secondary setting with approximately 1,200 pupils, rated Ofsted Good, and is well regarded for its organisation, behaviour, and community ethos.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, security, and maintenance of the school site, working closely with senior leaders and external contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the site, key holding, and alarm management

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

  • Managing health & safety checks, fire safety, and compliance records

  • Overseeing contractors and site-related projects
