Are you a caring and proactive individual looking to make a difference in a primary school setting? We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Merton, supporting pupils in their academic and personal development.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, helping to ensure that all children are fully included in lessons. You will assist with small-group interventions, classroom management, and preparation of resources, while supporting pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is patient and empathetic, and is committed to helping pupils reach their potential. Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential, as full induction and support will be provided.
