Our client is looking to appoint a dedicated and conscientious Site Manager to support a specialist SEN school in the West Midlands.

• Full-time Site Manager
• January 2026 start
• West Midlands SEN school

This role would suit someone who is patient, organised, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for students with additional needs.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in site or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures
• Ability to carry out and oversee maintenance and safety checks
• Experience working within SEN or education settings (desirable)
• Reliable, calm, and professional approach
• Right to work in the UK
