Our client is seeking a caring and conscientious Caretaker to join a specialist SEN school in Hertfordshire.

• Full-time Caretaker
• January 2026 start
• Hertfordshire-based SEN school

This role would suit someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable learners.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous caretaker or site management experience
• Strong understanding of health & safety and safeguarding requirements
• Ability to carry out routine maintenance and safety checks
• Calm, reliable, and professional manner
• Willingness to work closely with staff to support student needs
• Right to work in the UK
