Our client is seeking a committed and practical Caretaker to join a friendly and well-organised primary school in Essex.

• Full-time Caretaker
• January 2026 start
• Essex-based primary school

This position would suit a reliable individual who enjoys variety in their role and is passionate about maintaining a safe and welcoming school environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous caretaker, site assistant, or facilities experience (school-based preferred)
• Ability to carry out basic maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Awareness of safeguarding, security, and health & safety requirements
• Organised and proactive approach to workload
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a small site team
• Right to work in the UK
