Year 1 Teacher – Hemel Hempstead

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to support pupils as they transition into KS1. This role focuses on building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social development.

The Year 1 Teacher will be supported by an experienced leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging KS1 lessons

  • Supporting pupil development and wellbeing

  • Using assessment to inform planning

  • Working collaboratively with support staff

  • Maintaining a positive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • KS1 teaching experience
