Our client is seeking a motivated Maths Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex for an ASAP start, with excellent support in place for newly qualified teachers.

• Full-time Maths ECT required ASAP
• Ofsted Good Secondary School in Essex
• Structured ECT induction and mentoring

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths ECT to join a supportive Mathematics Department with a strong collaborative culture and clear progression pathways.

Experience and Qualifications
• Maths ECT or trainee teacher due to qualify
• Ability to teach Maths across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Enthusiastic and reflective practitioner
• QTS (or pending), PGCE, or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK

School Information
The school educates approximately 1,400 students and offers modern facilities, strong behaviour systems, and a well-established ECT support programme.
