Our client is seeking a confident and enthusiastic English Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex for an ASAP start, offering excellent induction support for early career teachers.

• Full-time English ECT required ASAP
• Ofsted Good Secondary School in Essex
• Excellent support and mentoring for ECTs

This is a fantastic opportunity for an English ECT to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive and well-established English Department. The school provides structured mentoring, collaborative planning time, and strong pastoral support.

Experience and Qualifications
• English ECT or trainee teacher due to qualify
• Ability to teach English across KS3–KS4
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• QTS (or pending), PGCE, or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK

School Information
The school serves approximately 1,250 students aged 11–18 and has a positive learning environment, supportive leadership team, and a clear focus on staff development.
