Drama Teacher (ECT) – Kidderminster, Worcestershire – January 2026

A creative and inclusive secondary school in Kidderminster is seeking a Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026.

Drama is an important part of the school’s curriculum, with high student engagement and strong uptake at KS4. The department is supportive and well-organised, making it an excellent environment for an ECT.

The role will involve:

  • Teaching Drama across KS3–KS4

  • Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
