A high-performing secondary school in Chesterfield is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Geography to join its thriving Humanities faculty from January 2026.
Geography is a popular subject across the school, with strong uptake at GCSE and growing interest at A-Level. The curriculum links physical and human geography with contemporary global issues, encouraging students to develop curiosity and critical thinking.
The role will involve:
Teaching Geography across KS3–KS5
Delivering a knowledge-rich curriculum with a strong focus on skills
Supporting local and regional fieldwork opportunities
Working collaboratively on curriculum planning and assessment
