The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing responsive IT support to staff and students

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Supporting classroom and office technology, including laptops, desktops, printers, and interactive screens

• Managing user accounts, devices, permissions, and basic network access

• Assisting with system updates, backups, and routine maintenance

• Supporting data protection, cybersecurity, and safeguarding procedures

• Liaising with external IT providers where required

• Maintaining accurate records of equipment, faults, and resolutions
