Year 2 Teacher | Northamptonshire

A friendly and community-focused primary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team. This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys supporting pupils during a key stage of their development.

The school offers a supportive leadership team and a collaborative working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching the Year 2 curriculum

  • Supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development

  • Assessing and tracking progress

  • Creating an engaging classroom environment

  • Working closely with parents and colleagues

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS

  • KS1 teaching experience

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Positive classroom management

  • Commitment to inclusive practice
