SEN Teaching Assistant - Redbridge

A well-regarded primary school in Redbridge is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their established support team. The school has a strong focus on inclusion and provides excellent support for staff development.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with learning and behavioural needs

  • Delivering small-group and 1:1 support

  • Encouraging independence

  • Supporting classroom routines

  • Monitoring pupil progress

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous SEN experience

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Reliable and flexible approach

  • Commitment to pupil wellbeing
