Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Drama Teacher with strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance and theatre

• Ability to teach across KS3–KS5 (A Level Drama experience welcomed but not essential)

• A creative, reflective practitioner who balances high standards with encouragement and care

• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a small staff team

• Eligibility to work in the UK
