This academically selective school educates around 1,200 students aged 11–18 and holds an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating. Students are highly motivated, behaviour is exemplary, and outcomes at GCSE and A-Level are consistently well above national averages.
The Business department is a growing and well-respected part of the curriculum, with excellent uptake at A-Level and strong progression to Russell Group universities and competitive degree apprenticeships.
The Role
The successful candidate will teach Business across KS4 and KS5, working within a collaborative department that values innovation and high academic standards.
Candidate Profile
• Qualified Business Teacher or strong ECT
• Passion for academic excellence
• Confident teaching at A-Level (or willingness to develop)
Salary
Paid on the MPS/UPS scale with potential for additional responsibility.
