The Role

You will have end-to-end responsibility for the admissions process, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and well-managed experience for prospective families from first enquiry through to enrolment. Working closely with the Head, senior leadership team, and marketing colleagues, you will shape admissions strategy while maintaining strong operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the admissions process across all entry points

• Developing and implementing admissions and pupil recruitment strategy

• Managing enquiries, visits, assessments, offers, and enrolments

• Acting as a key ambassador for the school with prospective families

• Planning and delivering open days, tours, and admissions events

• Monitoring data, conversion rates, and pipeline reporting

• Working closely with marketing on outreach, messaging, and positioning

• Managing admissions systems, records, and compliance
