SEN Teaching Assistant - North Lincolnshire
An inclusive and well-structured primary school in North Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a meaningful difference in children’s learning and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with learning and behaviour needs
Delivering tailored interventions
Encouraging engagement and independence
Supporting classroom management
Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff
Person specification:
Previous SEN experience preferred
Positive and resilient attitude
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible and reliable approach
Understanding of child development
