Role Information

The school is seeking a Chemistry ECT to join a thriving Science Faculty. You will teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4, with exposure to KS5 teaching as you develop confidence and experience.

You will deliver practical, engaging lessons that develop scientific understanding, analytical thinking, and laboratory skills. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated mentor throughout your ECT induction period.

Requirements

• QTS (or pending QTS) and a degree in Chemistry or a related science
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for practical science
• Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
• Ability to build positive relationships with students
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
