Role Information

The school is seeking an enthusiastic Geography ECT to join a successful Humanities Department. You will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that promote curiosity about the world, sustainability, and global issues.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will receive high-quality mentoring, protected development time, and regular feedback to support your professional growth. You will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and fieldwork opportunities that enrich students’ learning experiences.

Requirements

• QTS (or on track to achieve QTS) and a degree in Geography or a related subject
• A genuine passion for Geography and education
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Willingness to learn, reflect, and develop as a practitioner
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and high expectations
