Our client is seeking an experienced and committed Site Manager to oversee the facilities and operations of a well-regarded secondary school in Luton.
• Full-time Site Manager role
• January 2026 start

This is a key leadership role within the school’s support staff structure, responsible for site safety, maintenance, contractor management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or senior caretaker (school experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site security
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
• Ability to lead and manage site staff
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
