This is a key leadership role within the school’s support staff structure, responsible for site safety, maintenance, contractor management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Site Manager or senior caretaker (school experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site security
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
• Ability to lead and manage site staff
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
