The Opportunity

As an ECT, you will be supported in developing your artistic voice while managing a busy studio schedule.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theoretical Drama lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, following a curriculum that includes script analysis and devising.
Direct and support school productions, encouraging inclusive participation across all year groups.
Manage a professional-grade black box studio, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for student performance.
ECT Induction & Support
Mentorship from an established Head of Faculty with a focus on performance-based communication.
Technical support provided by a dedicated Arts technician for all practical and production elements.
Collaborative planning sessions with other creative arts staff (Music/Art).
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Drama or Performing Arts.
Salary: Inner London Teachers' Pay Scale.
