A large and inclusive secondary school in Dudley is seeking a highly organised HR & Compliance Administrator to join its professional services team from January 2026.
This role is central to ensuring the school meets all employment, safeguarding and statutory compliance requirements, working closely with senior leaders and external agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing staff records, contracts and compliance documentation
Supporting safer recruitment and onboarding processes
Monitoring training, qualifications and right-to-work checks
Assisting with audits, inspections and policy implementation
