Drama Teacher (ECT) – Much Wenlock, Shropshire – January 2026

A creative and community-focused secondary school in Much Wenlock is seeking a Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026.

Drama plays an important role in the school’s creative curriculum, with strong student engagement and regular opportunities for performance-based learning. The department is supportive, collaborative and experienced in mentoring ECTs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Teaching Drama across KS3–KS4

  • Delivering practical and theory-based lessons

  • Supporting school productions and enrichment activities

  • Developing classroom confidence with structured guidance
