Geography Teacher (ECT) – Warwickshire (South Warwickshire area) – January 2026

A welcoming and well-organised secondary school in South Warwickshire is seeking a Geography ECT to join its Humanities faculty from January 2026.

Geography is a valued subject within the school, with a curriculum that builds knowledge and skills progressively across KS3 and KS4. The department is experienced in mentoring early career teachers and promotes a collaborative approach to planning and delivery.

The role includes:

  • Teaching Geography across KS3–KS4

  • Delivering lessons supported by shared resources and assessments

  • Observing experienced teachers and sharing best practice

  • Developing confidence in classroom delivery over time

ECT support on offer:
