RE Teacher – Rugeley, Staffordshire – January 2026

A respected secondary school in Rugeley is seeking a thoughtful and engaging Teacher of Religious Education to join its Humanities team from January 2026.

RE is a valued subject within the school, encouraging students to explore belief systems, ethics and philosophy in a structured and respectful way. The department has a clear curriculum and strong outcomes at GCSE.

The role will involve:

  • Teaching RE across KS3–KS4

  • Delivering enquiry-based lessons that promote discussion and reflection

  • Supporting curriculum development and assessment

  • Working collaboratively within the Humanities faculty
