History Teacher – Pershore, Worcestershire – January 2026
A well-regarded 11–18 secondary school serving the Pershore area is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Teacher of History to join its Humanities faculty from January 2026.
The school has a strong local reputation for calm behaviour, positive relationships and steady academic outcomes. History is a popular subject across the school, with healthy uptake at GCSE and A-Level. The curriculum is thoughtfully sequenced, placing emphasis on chronological understanding, source analysis and extended writing.
The role will involve:
Teaching History across KS3–KS5, depending on experience
Delivering a broad curriculum covering British, European and global topics
Supporting students with exam technique, coursework and independent research
Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development
