This is a senior role with responsibility for driving pupil recruitment, managing the end-to-end admissions process, and acting as a key ambassador for the school.

The Role

You will have overall responsibility for admissions strategy and operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience for prospective families from first enquiry through to enrolment. Working closely with the Head and senior leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping the school’s future intake and sustaining strong pupil numbers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the admissions process across all entry points

• Developing and delivering admissions and recruitment strategy

• Managing enquiries, visits, assessments, offers, and enrolments

• Acting as a key point of contact for prospective parents and pupils

• Organising and hosting open days, tours, and admissions events

• Using data to forecast demand, track conversion, and inform planning

• Working closely with marketing colleagues on messaging and outreach

• Managing admissions systems, records, and compliance

• Line-managing admissions staff where applicable
