Year 6 Teacher | Newham

A vibrant and well-structured primary school in Newham is recruiting a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their experienced teaching team. The school has a strong focus on pupil progress, inclusivity, and professional development.

You will play a key role in ensuring pupils leave primary school confident, capable, and ready for the next stage of their education.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging Year 6 lessons

  • Supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development

  • Tracking progress and identifying next steps

  • Encouraging independence and resilience

  • Working closely with support staff

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS

  • Experience teaching Year 6 or Upper KS2

  • Strong classroom presence

  • Commitment to high standards

  • Collaborative working approach
