A forward-thinking secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an IT Technician to join their IT support team immediately.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent role providing first-line and second-line IT support across the school. You will support staff and students with hardware, software, networks, and classroom technology.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in an IT support or technician role
• Is confident supporting Windows systems and networks
• Has strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has experience in schools or education (desirable)
