SEN Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth

• SEN Teaching Assistant required in a diverse Wandsworth primary school
• Full-time role supporting pupils across Key Stages

You will play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and engage positively with the curriculum.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with SEN on a daily basis
Assisting with classroom activities and transitions
Implementing personalised support strategies
Encouraging positive behaviour
Supporting emotional regulation
The successful candidate will have:
Experience working with SEN pupils
Strong communication skills
Patient and nurturing manner
Ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to pupil wellbeing
