An established and well-led primary school in Richmond is looking to appoint a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team. The school offers a calm and structured learning environment and prioritises staff training and development.

• SEN Teaching Assistant role in a well-resourced Richmond primary school
• Full-time position supporting pupils with complex needs
• Immediate or upcoming start available

This role involves working closely with pupils who require additional academic, behavioural, or emotional support throughout the school day.

Key duties include:

  • Delivering targeted interventions

  • Supporting learning inside and outside the classroom

  • Encouraging independence and confidence

  • Implementing behaviour strategies

  • Liaising with teachers and SEN staff

Person specification:
