A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs. You will work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and provide individualised support, helping pupils access learning and build confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis

• Assisting with EHCP targets and learning plans

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

• Supporting emotional and social development

• Maintaining accurate records of progress
