A Leading Education Recruitment Agency is working with primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Hendon to recruit Behaviour Mentors who can provide calm, consistent support to pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor in Hendon, you will support pupils who struggle with emotional regulation, boundaries, and behaviour management. Many pupils benefit from predictable routines, trusted adult relationships, and clear expectations.

Support may take place within classrooms, intervention spaces, or during structured behaviour sessions. Your work will help reduce behaviour incidents and improve engagement with learning.

Key Duties

  • Provide behaviour and emotional support

  • Support pupils with regulation strategies

  • Reinforce expectations and routines

  • De-escalate challenging situations calmly

  • Build positive, trusting relationships

  • Support reintegration into lessons
