History Teacher – Warwick (Independent Co-educational School) – January 2026
A highly regarded co-educational independent school in Warwickshire is seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic Teacher of History to join its thriving Humanities department from January 2026.
History is a popular and academically strong subject within the school, with pupils demonstrating intellectual curiosity, strong written skills and excellent progression to competitive universities. Teaching is characterised by depth of knowledge, thoughtful discussion and high academic expectations.
The role will involve:
Teaching History across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A-Level
Delivering academically rigorous lessons to small, motivated classes
Supporting examination preparation and independent research
Contributing to enrichment such as lectures, trips and academic societies
