We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Drama Teacher to join a vibrant Creative Arts faculty at a well-regarded secondary school in Hillingdon. This is a full-time, permanent position available for an immediate (ASAP) start, perfect for a teacher who is passionate about the transformative power of the performing arts.

Location: Hillingdon, West London (Excellent links via Elizabeth Line/Piccadilly Line and free on-site parking)
Curriculum: Drama across KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A-Level or BTEC Performing Arts).
Salary: Outer London Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).
The Opportunity

Your role will involve delivering a high-quality curriculum that balances practical performance, devised theatre, and script analysis. You will be instrumental in helping students develop their vocal and physical expression, as well as their understanding of influential practitioners such as Stanislavski, Brecht, and Artaud.

We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A specialist degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or Theatre Studies.
A proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that prepare students for GCSE and A-Level success.
A passion for extracurricular engagement, including directing school productions and organizing theatre visits.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive space for creative risk-taking.
The availability to start immediately or at short notice.
