About the School

Role Information

The Caretaker will be responsible for site security, maintenance, and health and safety compliance.

Duties include:

  • Opening and closing the school site

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs

  • Monitoring health and safety standards

  • Supporting events and emergency procedures

  • Liaising with contractors and external services

Requirements

  • Previous caretaking or facilities experience

  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures

  • Practical maintenance skills
