Experience and Responsibilities

  • Daily site security, unlocking/locking and alarm procedures

  • Basic maintenance, DIY, and porterage duties

  • Conducting routine health & safety and fire safety checks

  • Supporting lettings, events, and external contractors

Salary
Paid on the Local Authority support staff scale.
